Luxury hotel in a favourable position close to casino. The staff were exceptional, incredibly kind and helped me with private parking. Reasonably good breakfast for the start of the day. Location short walk to local attractions, numerous restaurants nearby, and Norman on business for 3 months. Honestly no complains at all.

We had a great time at this place. It was a perfect home base for sightseeing in Norman and we had a lot of fun. The queen room we stayed in had all the amenities we needed like satellite television, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk.

Great service - the manager on duty, Logan, went above and beyond to fix our reservation issue. The room was clean and comfortable as usual. The beds were especially comfortable, which my wife loved. Additionally, Amber, who runs the breakfast area, provided a wonderful experience. She was engaging and made sure guests had a great time during their meal.

Outdated and small rooms - the decor definitely needs an update and the rooms were on the smaller side. The elevator was noisy, scarred, and slow, which was inconvenient, especially for my handicapped mother.
